Public Participation

We encourage in-person attendance for this meeting, as remote participation and viewing may be temporarily impacted due to system testing relating to the installation of audio visual architecture and devices as part of the Council Chambers renovation at the Veteran's Hall Building. While virtual access is planned, connectivity or service interruptions are possible. 

Community Members are encouraged to submit agenda correspondence via email to the Board at [email protected] prior to the meeting. Agenda correspondence received by 10:00 a.m. on the meeting day will be posted on the City website.

Members of the audience wishing to address the Board on City business matters not on the agenda may do so at this time. For those desiring to speak on items on the agenda, but unable to stay for the item, may also address the Board at this time.

Unless an item is pulled for separate action, the following actions are approved without discussion. The public will also be provided an opportunity to comment on consent agenda items.

    Approve Consent Agenda Items 6.a and 6.b as submitted.

    Approve request from PWAB Member, Doug Hill, to excuse his absence from September 17, 2025, regular Public Works Advisory Board meeting.
