We encourage in-person attendance for this meeting, as remote participation and viewing may be temporarily impacted due to system testing relating to the installation of audio visual architecture and devices as part of the Council Chambers renovation at the Veteran's Hall Building. While virtual access is planned, connectivity or service interruptions are possible. 

Community Members are encouraged to submit agenda correspondence via email to the Board at prior to the meeting. Agenda correspondence received by 10:00 a.m. on the meeting day will be posted on the City website.
