City Attorney Neumeyer announced no legally required reportable action was taken in closed session.   At the direction of City Council, Mr. Neumeyer reported there was discussion about disposition of 781 Market Avenue, owned by the City of Morro Bay, and reminded the public the City has been seeking the sale of this property for about 10 years. There currently is a 2-year lease on the property that expires in August 2025 with a 60-day notice to terminate by either party.  No decisions were made in closed session and the Council is continuing to look at the future of this City-owned property.
